Research interests and PhD project:
The Ph.D. project aims to valorise the by-products derived from agro-industrial production, through the extraction of bioactive molecules for their integration in foods, feeds and development of sustainable systems for agriculture soil treatments.
The macroscopic objectives of the project are as follows:
-Valorisation of by-products for the reduction of environmental impact.
-Design of feeds for livestock based of by-products.
-Use of by-products for agriculture soil treatments.
-Study on the development of fortified foods based on by-products.
-Analysis on the preparation of functional cosmetics.
