Research interests and PhD project
The PhD project is focused on the use of hyperspectral data to early detect and monitor Flavescence dorée diseases in grapevine. Hyperspectral analyses are supported by molecular diagnostic techniques to confirm the presence of the phytoplasma and for its characterization.
